Delivery & Pick Up
Next day delivery and pickup is available for all orders placed before 5pm AEST unless we reach capacity earlier.
Pick up
Pick ups may be organised from our location in Gladesville, Sydney during the time slots available at checkout. Please select the time that suits you best at checkout. If there is a time you cannot see, please reach out and we will try and accomodate if possible.
Please ensure you are on time to collect your order at your allocated pickup time slot. In the event you are running late, please advise us ASAP. If you are late, we cannot guarantee our availability after your allocated time slot, therefore an alternative pick-up time or day may be required
Under no circumstances will the customer be eligible for a refund if we are required to change the pickup time due to the customer running late.
Delivery
Gift n’ Pop delivers on your selected date to Sydney Metropolitan Suburbs and selected Greater Sydney suburbs. These rates are calculated based on the distance from our Gladesville location. You will be able to calculate your delivery fee during checkout.
We use drivers who are specialised in handling fragile gifts and deliver on the date of your occasion. It is best to check if your desired date is available through our date selection function when placing an order.
We cannot offer guaranteed or specific delivery time, as this will depend on the driver's route for the day. If you do need the gift by a specific time, you are able to pick up from our location in Gladesville, 2111. Under no circumstances can we prioritise a delivery address.
Deliveries usually take place between 9.00am - 6.00pm, 7 days a week. Delays may occasionally occur in the event of any heavy traffic, accidents or roadworks.
You will be notified once the gift is delivered. We will leave the gift unattended in a safe place if there is no one to collect the arrangement. Gift n' Pop will not be held liable for any theft, damage, losses should this occur.
Gift n’ Pop serves the right to charge a redelivery fee should you provide us with the incorrect address or insufficient address details. This fee will be calculated based on the distance from us and the circumstance. If we are required to remake the balloon for redelivery on another day, a redo fee will also be incurred. It is the obligation of the customer to provide accurate information when processing the order and Gift n’ Pop will not be held responsible for any incorrect deliveries due to incorrect address details.
If we are unable to gain access to the delivery location and cannot get into contact with the recipient after 10 minutes of waiting, we will have to forfeit the delivery and a re delivery fee will be charged.
